Senior Internship
Since January 2023 I have been completing my full-time senior internship with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society as their Volunteer Intern. Through this internship I have been:
- Collaborating with event teams to prepare for the Philadelphia Flower Show
- Uphold relationships with past, present and potential volunteers
- Recruiting groups and individuals for the Philadelphia Flower Show
- Assisting with activities involving Infonet—a network of volunteers welcoming, directing, assisting, and thanking Show visitors (committee members and volunteers)
- Monitoring scheduling of volunteers for all Flower Show activities.
Junior Internship
From August 2022-November 2022 I completed my part-time junior internship with Jenna Tracy Events, as assistant to an independent wedding coordinator. During this internship I:
- Assisted with the setup and breakdown of the wedding day
- Met with couples to go over wedding details
- Attended rehearsal dinners
- Worked with vendors such as florists, rental companies, catering companies, etc. to ensure they are there on the wedding day with the correct inventory
- Assisted the wedding coordinator with any tasks she needs me to complete
- Assisted in time management during the wedding day

- Collaborated with industry relations, marketing, and budgeting teams to execute a career fair hosting over 200 students
- Worked with my team to create an operations plan, floor plan and risk management plan to implement during the Career Fair
